As part of our Mental Health Awareness Month Line we bring back a shirt we did last year of a famous battle cry that resonates with us this month. 
"Don't give up the ship", the dying command of James Lawrence in 1813 aboard USS Chesapeake. Since that time especially in this past year due to covid-19 many small businesses and people adopted this mantra as a way to say they were going to fight and keep their business, hopes, dreams and lives going. This statement has been hanging in our office since last April and this is our ship, and we refuse to give it up and refuse to not keep going. We hope it resonates with you as well. 
 
Mental health Awareness is not just a month. It's important. Especially with all we are faced with every day its extremely important to think about yours and others. If you are struggling please reach out to someone like Nami Maine or a family member. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and let's start normalizing how we talk about it.
